Some pouches were filled with a different product that contains barley, a non-wheat source of gluten, which is not declared on the product packaging.
Voluntary recall was initiated after identifying a number of packages with punctures on the back of the package that led to spoilage (off odors and appearance).
Reports of mild flushing reaction after consumption of product led to concern of possible production issue. Flushing condition resolved itself within two hours.
