Recall alerts for the categories you actually buy
FDA and USDA publish every recall, but they publish all of them, to everyone, in the order they happen. If you own frozen bakery or source leafy greens, the signal you need is a few notices a month buried in a few hundred. Tell us what you own and we will send you only that.
Three sources, one alert
USDA FSIS, FDA press releases and openFDA enforcement — meat and poultry recalls never appear in the FDA database at all.
Severity that arrives on time
openFDA classification runs about a month behind. We estimate severity from the hazard on day one and correct it when the agency rules.
One email per event
A recall that expands across three notices is still one event. You get an update, not a re-send.
Being straight with you about timing: alert delivery is being switched on shortly. Your watchlist is saved now and you will get a confirmation email before anything else is sent — nothing goes out until you click it. Meanwhile the whole feed is free and needs no signup: browse every recall.
We never sell or share your address. See privacy. Food Recall Radar is not affiliated with FDA or USDA — always check the original agency notice before acting.
